At this point you are not getting anything intelligible on your screen and you have verified your monitor. Make sure everything is connected properly inside the PC.

Take it off and put it back and restart the computer, or even better plug your monitor to your onboard video card if it has one (a video card directly on your motherboard).


It is highly probable that your video card is damaged (check for hot spots!). Let's hope your motherboard is OK. As long as you hear a beep when you turn the computer on the motherboard should be good.
