Safe Mode

We are going to boot windows into safe mode, which bypasses some startup files. By doing so we'll be able to save your data and settings, and then try to fix the problem.

The easiest way to do that is to reboot the computer and start pressing F8 just before the windows load screen is due. Choose load Windows in Safe Mode!
